会议致力于聚集全世界范围内的学术带头人，科研工作者，以及工程师等交流分享传热研究和相关应用的实际经验，讨论实践中遇到的挑战和相关解决方案。会议主题如下：

（1）微纳尺度传热：包括微纳尺度单相传热，多相（沸腾和冷凝），辐射传热；微纳尺度传热机理研究；新兴换热装置；微纳流动及传热实验和数值模拟；仿生学中传热现象及应用等。

（2）能源动力系统中传热问题：包括工业换热器中传热及流动；强化传热技术；材料腐蚀及化学反应耦合传热；低品位能源利用中传热问题；化学及核反应系统中传热问题等。

（3）可再生能源利用中的传热问题：包括太阳能吸收器传热问题；蓄热问题；太阳能热化学反应器传热问题；可再生能源系统中的热交换器；对流及辐射耦合传热；可再生能源利用系统中传热问题的实验及模拟研究，核能利用中的传热问题等。

（4）与能量转换与传递相关的其他传热问题等。

       来自16个国家，的代400余名专家学者表参加会议，会议接受论文420余篇，分别将在《Applied Thermal Engineering》,《International Journal of Multiphase Flow》,《Journal of Bionic Engineering》and《Chinese Science Bulletin》杂志出版会议专刊。实验室陶文铨院士、陈斌教授、魏进家教授、唐桂华教授、屈治国教授、吕友军副教授，李东博士等20余人参加会议，发表会议论文16篇，陈斌教授、魏进家教授、唐桂华教授、屈治国教授、吕友军副教授等分别担任分会场主席主持分会场会议。陶文铨院士做了题为“Study on heat transfer enhancement of refrigerant phase change exchangers”的大会特邀报告。陈斌教授和吕友军副教授分别作了“Thermal analysis of laser treatment of port wine stain with cryogen spray cooling”和“Two-phase flow and heat transfer in supercritical water fluidized bed”的会议特邀报告。
